I am an Executive Life + Business Coach and Facilitator, and a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background and passion for positive living and making a difference in the lives and businesses of others.
I’ve worked in 9 business across 7 industries, from random employee, to entrepreneur several times over, to investor.
I’ve been through failures, successes, and have felt the “not-enoughness” you may sometimes feel. Whether coaching, consulting or parenting, I’ve worked hard cultivating alignment and integrity in order to live life truly on my own terms.

I am originally from Brazil, I have lived in a variety of countries throughout my life and am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. I am also the mother of a pre-teen.
My life and work experience in multiple industries, coupled with my strategic business thinking, extensive learning and certifications, and willingness to be vulnerable allows me to support & empower organizations and individuals.
I thrive when I am able to create the necessary safe containers for people to feel heard, communicate openly, and cultivate the courage to commit to real action in breaking out of the status quo and finally living the life they really want.
Sarita Rowe Davy
Sarita operates from her strengths, bringing organization, process and calm amidst chaos. She brings a commitment to diversity, agility, human-centered well-being, positivity, empowerment and excellence in all she does. Her approach is innovative, collaborative, best practice-led and strategic. She adds value through thoughtful end-to-end business strategy execution and transformation.
A fun-loving, adventuring global citizen born in Jamaica, Sarita has more than 20 years of experience working in the consulting industry on implementation and transformation programs in various organizational change and project management capacities around the world. Whether in the USA, Jamaica, Trinidad, Brazil or Kuala Lampur, Sarita has worked across several industries in large and SME organizations including banking, retail, telecommunications and government, offering executive support to C-suite leaders as Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Trusted Advisor.
A Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Diversity Executive®, Breathwork, Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer, she also holds a BBA in Marketing, Management & Organization from the University of Miami. She loves the outdoors, spirituality, and new cultural experiences. She is the kool aunt to her tribe of nieces, nephews and cats, is married to Richard (best chef) and they are proud parents to 9 plants!
Rebecca Phillips
Rebecca is a gifted executive leader specializing in guiding and developing high-functioning individuals and teams. She’s worked across multiple industries from the commercial real estate world to an international non-profit to an innovative start-up school. Rebecca has developed leaders at every organizational level.
By leading with curiosity and vulnerability, she invites teams to take radical responsibility for their current reality and goals. She then sets them up for success by simplifying objectives to create a clear path to where they want to go.
Rebecca is a Chicago native now living in Austin. She is a parent to three tween and teenage children and dog mom to an Australian Shepherd named Wrigley. She holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Methodist University but believes that the most powerful learning for anyone comes from experiences and failures.
Carolina Fowler
Carolina is a marketing consultant and designer specializing in brand and marketing for small businesses. She has worked in the marketing industry for over 15 years, creating and implementing strategies, designing and running multi-channel campaigns and managing world-wide teams.
She has worked with businesses across industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, local small businesses to national US consumer brands, helping them increase market share, delight audiences and become more customer-centric.
She especially loves applying Lean methodologies and brand strategy to make marketing and business growth simpler and vastly more efficient for overwhelmed, self-funded small business owners.
Carolina is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and grew up in various countries throughout the Americas. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. She has a BA in Sociology and International Relations from Tufts University, is trained in Human-Centered Design from Ideo & +Acumen, in Strategyzer, and in Customer-Centricity. Carolina is also the mother of a pre-teen, with whom she lives in Valencia, Spain!

Rosanna Salcedo
Rosanna M. Salcedo is an educational leader, DEI consultant, and personal development coach with over twenty years of experience. She is currently the Dean of Equity and Inclusion at an independent school outside of Boston, MA.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College, and Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
She is a first-generation Latina of Dominican heritage and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to her professional work, she is the mother or two young adults, and a self-trained artist.
Rosanna's creative endeavors include painting, writing, and storytelling. She has performed on the World Channel's, Stories From the Stage, and co-edited two anthologies, Voices for Diversity and Social Justice: A Literary Education Anthology, and Talking Back and Looking Forward: An Educational Revolution of Poetry and Prose.
